3月15日にハリウッドで開催されたアカデミー賞授賞式と同地区同時開催されたアカデミーLuxury Galaにて表博耀が“Kimono Design Innovator”という賞を受賞しました。 日本の着物や伝統工芸を活かした美術作品を独創的にデザインした人物として授賞式前にはレッドカーペットにて一部作品を纏いインタビューを受け紹介されました。 Hiroaki Omote received the “Kimono Design Innovator” award at the Academy Awards ceremony held in Hollywood on March 15, as well as at the Academy Luxury Gala held in the same area at the same time. Recognized as a designer who has created original artworks incorporating traditional Japanese kimono and craftsmanship, he was introduced and interviewed on the red carpet before the awards ceremony while wearing some of his works.
イタリア最古のオペラハウス、ペルゴラ劇場にて縫い合わせ胴服作品を「バサラII」、「四季彩色」、「古の翼」の３点を展示しました。 We exhibited three of Hiroaki Omote’s Nui-awase Dōfuku works — ”Basara II” ”Shikisaishoku” (The Colors of the Four Seasons), and ”Inishie no Tsubasa” (Wings of the Ancient Times) — at the Pergola Theatre, the oldest opera house in Italy. フィレンツェにアルイタリア最古のオペラハウスペルゴラ劇場で表博耀の縫い合わせ胴服作品を３点展示しました。※写真は世界遺産ドーモ大聖堂前にて。 We exhibited three of Hiroaki Omote’s Nui-awase Dōfuku works at the Pergola Theatre in Florence, the oldest opera house in Italy.
